Welcome to The Nursery Directory. By accessing or using our website at thenurserydirectory.ae (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

1. About The Nursery Directory

The Nursery Directory is an independent nursery discovery and listing platform. We provide a service that enables parents and legal guardians to search for, compare, and submit enquiries to nurseries in the UAE.

The Nursery Directory does not own, operate, manage, supervise, inspect, endorse, accredit, or guarantee any nursery listed on the Platform.

We are not affiliated with any nursery, educational authority, or regulatory body unless expressly stated. Our role is solely to provide a discovery platform for parents and a visibility platform for nurseries.

2. Nursery Listings and Information Accuracy

Nursery profiles and listing information on the Platform are provided by the nurseries themselves and/or sourced from publicly available information. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or free from errors.

Information on the Platform, including but not limited to fees, curriculum details, age groups, facilities, opening hours, staff ratios, and contact details, may change at any time without notice.

Parents and guardians are solely responsible for independently verifying all information directly with the nursery before making any decisions regarding their child's enrolment, attendance, or care.

3. Enquiries and Tour Requests

The Platform allows parents to submit enquiries and tour requests to nurseries. Submitting an enquiry or tour request through the Platform does not constitute, guarantee, or imply:

• Admission or placement of your child at the nursery.
• Availability of a place at the nursery.
• A confirmed tour appointment.
• A guaranteed response from the nursery.
• Any contractual relationship between you and the nursery.

All enquiries are forwarded to the relevant nursery, and it is entirely at the nursery's discretion whether and how they respond. The Nursery Directory is not responsible for any nursery's failure to respond to an enquiry or tour request.

4. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and ratings displayed on the Platform reflect the individual opinions of parents and users who have submitted them. They do not represent the views or opinions of The Nursery Directory.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that are deemed inappropriate, defamatory, or in violation of these Terms. However, we do not verify or endorse the accuracy of any review.

Parents should use reviews as one of many factors when researching nurseries and should not rely solely on reviews when making decisions.

5. Nursery Listings and Subscription Plans

Nurseries may list their profile on the Platform under various listing plans. Nurseries are responsible for ensuring all information submitted is accurate, complete, and up to date.

A paid listing plan does not constitute endorsement, verification, or approval of the nursery by The Nursery Directory. Featured placement and badges indicate a commercial arrangement only and do not reflect quality assessment or regulatory compliance.

The Nursery Directory reserves the right to decline, suspend, or remove any listing at its sole discretion, including where information is found to be misleading, inaccurate, or in breach of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the name "The Nursery Directory", logos, branding, design, text, images, icons, and code, is the intellectual property of The Nursery Directory or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

Nurseries that list on the Platform grant us a non-exclusive licence to display their provided content, including logos, images, and descriptions, on the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Nursery Directory, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any inaccurate or outdated information provided by a listed nursery.
• Any failure of a nursery to respond to an enquiry or tour request.
• Any decisions made by parents based on information found on the Platform.
• Any loss, damage, injury, or harm arising from attendance at, or enrolment in, any listed nursery.
• Any technical errors, interruptions, or unavailability of the Platform.
• Any third-party content, links, or services accessible through the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

8. User Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries or reviews.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Use the Platform to transmit spam or unsolicited communications.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including nursery websites, Google Maps, and social media platforms. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party websites and accept no responsibility for them.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
