Editorial Policy

Our Editorial Approach

The Nursery Directory was created to help parents discover, compare and better understand nurseries across the UAE. Our goal is to simplify nursery research by bringing together comparisons, educational information and practical guidance in one place.

Content is designed to support families at every stage of the nursery selection process, from understanding different curriculums to knowing what questions to ask during a nursery visit.

Who Creates Our Content

Content published on The Nursery Directory is created and reviewed by The Nursery Directory team. The platform was founded by professionals with backgrounds in education, business and digital marketing, with the goal of helping parents make more informed nursery decisions.

Content is created using a combination of research, nursery information, educational frameworks and parent-focused guidance.

How Recommendations Work

Recommendations and comparisons may consider a range of factors to help parents evaluate nurseries:

• Curriculum
• Location
• Facilities
• Age groups
• Reviews
• Languages
• Communication
• Profile completeness
• Nursery visits
• Available information

Featured placement does not guarantee editorial recommendation. Verification badges indicate that a nursery has been visited and reviewed by The Nursery Directory team. Parents can compare nurseries side by side to evaluate which option best fits their family.

Understanding Nursery Badges

Featured Nursery

• Verification badge displayed
• Nursery has been visited by The Nursery Directory team
• Enhanced profile visibility
• Additional highlights and media may be available

Verified Nursery

• Verification badge displayed
• Nursery has been visited by The Nursery Directory team
• Additional verification has been completed

Basic Listing

• Public information only
• Nursery has not yet been visited by The Nursery Directory team
• No verification badge

Important: Verification indicates that a nursery has been visited and reviewed, but it does not guarantee that one nursery is better than another.

Corrections and Updates

If a nursery identifies inaccurate or outdated information, correction requests may be submitted to The Nursery Directory team. Valid correction requests may result in profile updates or content revisions.

Editorial Independence

The Nursery Directory aims to provide transparent and parent-focused content. Verification status and featured visibility provide additional context but do not guarantee editorial recommendation.

Parents are encouraged to compare multiple nurseries and visit them in person before making a decision. Whether you are exploring best nurseries in Dubai, top nurseries in Abu Dhabi, or British nurseries in Dubai, the most important step is seeing the environment for yourself.
